Thanks to my other thread I have a good feel for the deck washing system but I wondered if anyone could provide any more info on the 1045, now that we own one./forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif It seems like a good solid mower for our needs, and stepping up from a 12.5HP, 36" cut to 20HP, 46" cut should be great. Anything I need to look out for? I saw the other thread on the Kohler Courage engines, that has me a bit worried but time will tell. I like the reverse mow feature, the foot pedal might take some getting used to, along with the cruise control. Coming off a manual transmission for 8 years, it's nice to have a hydro. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Also, from what we could tell the headlights stay on all the time, is there a reason for this? I know a simple switch could override it but not until the warranty is up. Otherwise, it looks like a good machine, I can't wait to use it. Any info/tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated, especially coming from a place full of good info like this forum.
