The "minor complaints" have been well documented. Many have been addressed on the "new version".
The rops is probably not one of them. I am sure they knew the height was going to be a problem. Thats why it folds on the 2310. But, not on the 2300, where it could be lower. The lawyers have priority over sensibility. An 8' foot door is the best fix.
Do not modify the rops. If you do modify the rops, don't say anything on here about it. There are several subjects that will unleash the dogs, this is one of them. (Search previous posts in other forums.)
