I too got my machine from Zimmerer -- BX1500. And they are a very knowledgeable bunch.

I have rented the 5030 hydro from them with a 72" hog on the back. Lemme tell ya, you won't have a problem with power from that machine. It's a beast.

They attached a preseeder that they had there [6 ft.] on the same 5030 w/hydro. that I rented to plant some new bermuda. Again, plenty of HP and lift.

Can't get cab and gear, HST only. If you go late model the L4610 cab was available with a powershift type tranny with reverser (glideshift tranny).

How much are you paying for that toothbar? I've toyed with the notion of getting a toothbar myself. I wonder if it'd be better to buy here from the dealer and avoid shipping charges or get one from Markham. Just curious what it cost you.

I paid $225 for the toothbar plus $60 shipping. That was for a toothbar to fit a 66" bucket. Your 72" bucket might cost a bit more. Their response time is great, couldn't ask for better. The combination of toothbar and grapple works well for picking up cut brush. It doesn't take long to drill the two 1/2" holes needed for mounting. Just remember to start with small sized drill bits and step up.
