Kubota B2650
I went up to my local dealer to look at several machines and decided on the L3800. It was a choice between the L3800, L3700 and the B3030. I went with the L3800 due to size, HP and I liked the new design as compared to the L3700. The axle size between the L and the B was pretty substantial. The L had allot larger diameter axle than the B. The L also seemed to have a larger stance and more room in the operators area.

They will also be adding a L524 FEL and a BH77 hoe and a thumb.

Cost for everything before tax was $26,919, delivered. They are giving me $9500 trade for my BX22 TLB with 1750 hours on it.

Even though Kubota was not offering 60 months, 0% on the L3800 model, I was able to get the 60 months, 0%, but I had to pay 3% more on the purchase price of the machine after my trade which was and extra $553, but I also saved on $570 on sales tax with my trade which is pretty much a wash there.

The price that Barlow's quote me for the same setup was the same price as what I paid at my local dealer. I'm glad I could by local.

I will say that I am pretty excited. It should be ready for delivery by the end of next week. They had everything in stock except for the BH frame mount.

I will post pictures when I get it.

Congratulations, it sounds as though you are going to get a very capable machine for a decent price. I know you are going to enjoy it.

Also, I wanted to say THANKS!!!!! for everyone's input and help deciding on the right machine. I asked a million questions and everyone was so helpful and nice in answering them. I couldn't make a good decision without everyone's help on this forum.

Congrats. I figure this next week is going to be a long week for you. When I got my L3400 a few weeks ago, I was like a kid at Christmas. Couldn't sleep. Just lay there thinking about the fun.... er, I mean work I could do.

Congratulations and it looks like you did well on your BX22 trade in. :thumbsup:Figure out some time the difference between what you paid for it, what you sold it for, add maintenance costs and divide the number of hours you used it for per hours cost. Then subtract cost you would have paid for movies for that many hours and there is your true cost per hour. You probably made money. You know entertainment/fun costs money.:licking:
