If your sitting on it then you’re not pedaling hard enough.

This summer I rode (to) Albany (from) Buffalo ..low bridge everybody down.. even then I didn’t sit on the seat with much weight.

Folks that are able to peddle a couple hundred miles typically don't have to worry about their size!

I lost nearly 60 lbs this year. Got a few more to go, but the biggest surprise (besides how my ankle, knee and joint pain vanished) is that I fit into spaces and can move like a normal human again. It sucks, but calorie counting and exercise is the only thing that works for me. But I feel so good, that it really is all worth it.
