Kawasaki Mule 610 Plow Install

Update:
My Father-in-law purchased his mule from the OP. It was amazing last winter in the snow and our driveway is a few hundred feet long. We had storms of as much as 30". A neighbor bailed us out during one storm because snow blew in and pack into the engine compartment, shorting the coil or something.
Anybody know where I can find a service manual. Thinking I should do some maintenance before winter. Does anybody have an idea of the service interval. We got it with a little over 300 hrs and have it up to about 410 hrs.

This should get you to the owners manual. This is directly from Kawasaki. This is for a 2006 610 Mule, but they have the other years if needed.

Start here if you need to drill down for another year or model:
Welcome to Kawasaki.com

Not a service manual per se, but will have maintenance charts in it. I think there's a way to download the whole thing at once, but I just grabbed the pages I wanted and built a PDF of them. Very handy.

However, I did get the actual service manual. It's worth it if you plan on keeping the machine a while, and ever need to do something more than basic service on your machine.

Good luck,
NV

Yeah, we did some big pushes with it. Got it stuck a bunch of times (high up on the snow banks) but just pulled it out and got back to it. Do you remember when you last serviced it? I am thinking we should do an oil change and replace all the filters. I also have to rewire the winch cause our goats chewed the power wire up good, they love to climb on it.

The dog likes it too!

If you're still looking for one I happen to have the factory service manual along with a couple oil filters and new valve cover gasket (often necessary when checking/adjusting the valves).

What year is the manual for? I'm not actually sure the year of the Mule, will have to look it up. We haven't done anything to it yet service wise. How much are you looking for each item?

That was actually my Father-in-Laws project, and he is the one in the pic.
The ground was prepped to a smooth surface. The stones were placed, which took a little while to get them to fit nice. And some sort of sand, maybe dead sand, was poured into the joins and swept around. I am a little worried about frost heave, but the guy who supplied the materials said it wouldn't be an issue. We will see. The material cost was starting to get up there and we have been doing a lot of projects, so my FIL decided to roll the dice. If we have to pull it up next year and place gravel and crushed stone, so be it! The stone is about 2" thick with nice rounded corners. He chipped some pieces away with a stone hammer. He used exactly one pallet, not one stone left over!

Other than a few little differences in the XC version I think all the year 610’s are the same. The manual was printed 4-25-2006 and it’s the actual hard copy manual (which I find more convenient) not a CD. It probably has a few smudges on it as I did use it. I’m no mechanic but with some basic tools and this manual I was able to do the initial, 50, and 250 hour services.
If anyone’s interested I’d take $45 shipped for the manual, 2 oil filters, and the valve cover gasket.
