Ran good for 80 hrs. Started to be hard starting. Changed plug Now plugs don't help or have to keep changing. Using ethanol free gasoline. any suggestions

3 year warranty on Kawasaki. I’d make it the dealers problem. I just bought a 2021 model. I really like it. Hope it’s not something that’s an issue with all of them.

I'd take it back to whomever performed the first service at (I think) 25 hours because valves were to be checked. Tight valves will make it hard to start.

If not the valves (yes they should be checked), I am guessing fuel delivery (fuel pump or filter) or throttle body problem.
I would have a dealer determine the problem, it should be covered by the three year warranty.

As strange as it sounds, try regular gas. I had a Honda pioneer 700 that was hard starting when it was new. I talked to the dealer and told me that the single cylinder engines with EFI are tuned to use regular gas and that the ethanol free gas burn slower (higher octane) which causes the single cylinder engines to start hard. Switched to regular and it got better, not great, but better.
