What was the shipping costs for the Mid-west box blade from Carvers (New York???) down to Charlottsville Va

Did you have to be home to recieve it or did you pick it up at a trucking company?

I just left Charlottsville at 6:00 AM this morning.Was working at Univ of Va for a few days

Hey Bartman,

I did not end up getting it from Carver. I drove down to Tennessee to pick it up from Carter and Carter. Was cheaper for me, only about 3 hours from my farm (in Lexington) and I didn't want to mess with assembly (my tools are at my house, while I need the implements on my farm. No outbuildings yet!) Can't recall the shipping but it was very reasonable. Not sure if you have to pick it up--don't think so. Next time your in C'ville, look me up.
