I needed a disc in a hurry this weekend for a job to do and went to TSC to buy the light duty angle frame disc. After getting home and bolting everything up I went to hook it up to my Imatch quick hitch and found that the lower pin tabs are the exact same width as the quick hitch. I was going to move them closer so the quick hitch would fit but I also found on af the grease nipples was broken and I could not get it out. When I returned the disc to TSC I looked at a 2nd one and it was made with the same distance between the pin tabs. They also had the heavy duty box frame disc but the pin tabs were an 1.5 inches narrower.
Why would they make 2 different setups, and has anybody else come accross this?
Could this be a manufacturing fluke, and if I goto another TSC would I find the same thing?
