Unless the previous owner used some Loctite Stud Lock on it. But I don't know why anyone would be that foolish.

finally got it off. pulled the shaft out of the casting took it down to work and used the press on it, had close to 18 to 20 ton on it before it popped. thank every one only 2 more to go
