Jim, I hope you don't think I'm trying to give you or Pieter a hard time here. In fact, it's just the opposite. I've been impressed enough with each of you here that I want to try your equipment. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Not at all!/w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif I know sometimes it seems we are moving slowly, and we are. And while we are faced with the challenges of producing a growing line up, we also realize it must be done in a manner where we have control of one process before adding another. I'd rather get a few products right and add others slowly than build everything at once to increase sales and do a bad job of it. I've seen companies try to be all things to all people just to end up with a lot of unsatisfied customers due to poor quality control and a lack of understanding of the dynamics of the market. "Build it and they will come" is not a good motto in the 3 point world.

On the other hand, customers drive the entire process and we must bow to public demand. It seems we are blessed with the challenge of great public response to our line thus far and their desire for more of the same. So we must find a way to shorten the design time line without sacrificing quality and innovation. That's why we appreciate the input of TBN'ers, like you. Somehow, it just makes sense to ask the public what they like in the design process, rather than building what we like and trying to ram it down the public's throat.
