kingpins front axle parts

so the front 2wd axle kingpins on my 3500 hr 5210 are looking pretty bad..well real bad actually....so is it reapairable stuff or does the axle have to be replaced?

there are upper and lower bushings in the axle knees if you haven't let it go way too far

Normally only the bushings suffer the wear. I have replaced them in my 2030, not too hard to do.
