Hi folks, my patience is just about gone.... argghh
long post, trying to provide as many details as possible.
Finally took my '17 Kioti NX6010 back to dealer to resolve the hydraulic hitch 'bouncing/ bucking' issue when using the 3 pt hitch to run my new Woods 720 Bush hog.
Since day 1 of using the Woods BB720 bush hog the tractor started 'bucking'. I think I posted here about it, never figured it out. Called Kioti Dealer last year, they said they have no idea. After mowing field again this June I decided I'm done with this, it has to get figured out & fixed!
Brought Kioti NX6010 in to dealer to resolve June 20, 2020.
Immediately they found the MEC Valve was defective, causing the 3 point arms to not be able to hold at specific heights or position, they ordered a new MEC Valve, they installed the new valve and it apparently did not solve issue. They ordered a second new MEC valve, that too did not resolve issue, and now the arms don't go up or down at all. The arms / 3 point went up and down with original failed valve in place, but now will not move with either of the two NEW MEC valves.
They removed the entire hydraulic system group from under seat area and have it out next to tractor. Kioti Product Manager is now saying to disassemble the entire linkage assembly to see if the linkages or 'arms' are bent or out of proper radius (by lying them on a straight bench surface).... this is going to take another 5-6 hours at best according to dealer... putting the resolve out to next Wednesday July 29, 2020 .... 6 weeks from date of bringing it in. So next Wednesday if all stars align they will know if the linkages are bent or normal. If bent or 'out of radius' then they'll order new parts and who knows how long that will take... if they are not bent or out of radius then unsure what next steps are...
I called Kioti customer service (877-465-4684) .... they unfortunately were not helpful.. They just said they await orders from the dealer.... they cannot order the entire assembly to be replaced nor can they proactively any send parts to the dealer in anticipation of finding the root cause. Customer service did not ask who I was, VIN #, who the dealer is or any details about me or issue whatsoever (ex. open a case). Quite disappointing.
And oh by the way, here's a tidbit the dealer shared "Kioti only takes parts back in November" in other words the dealer would have to keep any parts not used on the books until November, and this dealer/owner (Powersports in Conway, NH) will not allow that.
Buy a new Kioti for $40k.... have it sit at dealer for 6 weeks June & July and now going in to August.... seriously there has to be some recourse here.
Pics of the removed hydraulic unit attached.
1. Any thoughts on resolving this bizarre issue, parts or troubleshooting ideas I can pass along to dealer tech?
2. Any ideas how to get Corp Kioti to send along a full Hydraulic System Group / Power Lift body unit assembly to dealer to get the issue resolved?
3. Any ideas how to escalate / resolve ?
thank you,
Erik
