Dealer Kioti 5 Paw Dealer Status - What does it mean (nothing)?

Here's the deal when it comes to manufacturer's awards... they mean little because the manufacturer themselves hand them out. It looks good on the showroom wall.

If you want to know who the best dealership(s) in your area are, talk to your neighbours. Across the fenceline, at the local dinner (apparently a morning tradition in parts of the US) or the Pub.

Regardless of tractor colour, the best one for price and backing their product, again, in your area, will become apparent.

Nope, that isn't it either. I just looked up a dealer in MA that sells Kioti and Mahindra and they are listed on the Kioti site as a 5 paw.

Ya that’s the only Kioti dealer in MA.

No idea, but I have yet to hear anything from Kioti after purchase of mine - delivery was mid-May this year. No survey, no "welcome to the family" postcard, nothing. [snip]

Nope, that isn't it either. I just looked up a dealer in MA that sells Kioti and Mahindra and they are listed on the Kioti site as a 5 paw.

My 5 paw dealer is also a big NH dealer. Probably sells more NH than Kioti, but sure has a lot of Kioti's on hand.

Nope. I was so happy with the deal I got however, a trinket wouldn't have changed my opinion My dealer did a great job for me throughout the process. No idea what his "paw rating" is, nor do I care - he was patient, upfront, honest, not afraid to say "I don't know - let me find the answer for you", and very competitive on price.

Reminds of when we bought the BMW....a few weeks later got a big package delivered. Had some large coffee mugs, candied nuts, and some other stuff all in a real nice gift box from the dealer. Mrs CMV commented "How nice of them to send us that for free!"....told her oh, no, it wasn't free - we surely paid for that

Well since you mentioned it, back in '14 when Dad & I bough the Kioti - part of our "negotiation" with the Dealer/Owner was that he throw in a "coupe hats". He agreed and said he'd send them with the tractor when it was delivered (it was still sitting on the lot in the crate & he had a state fair to display at that coming week so it was going to be a little while).


Come delivery day the tractor shows up and the delivery guy had "a" hat. No big deal really - it was more of a joke to begin with anyway but my father like to pick so he tells the delivery guy there was supposed to be two hats. The guy apologizes and says he'll take care of it.

Meh - We write it off - dealer is 100 miles away in another state. Deal is done, money conveyed, etc. Ain't gonna be no second hat.


But then, sure enough a couple days later another hat shows up in the mail. :thumbsup:

I honestly don't know if he's a 1 paw, 5 paw, or even a paw paw - but the fact that he cared enough about something that was (otherwise) so trivial to go that extra step - I'll recommend them to anyone in his delivery radius.

Jeeze....my Mahindra dealer gave me three hats, three calendars, a jug of maple syrup, and most importantly, a cell phone number incase I ever had a problem after hours. Then Mahindra corporate also sent me a different hat in the mail after I filled out their survey.
