Hello all Kioti backhoe owners. Regardless of your model hoe, KB-2465, 2475, or 2485, there are Kioti made stabilizer pads, (a kit with bolts/nuts, and washers) that Kioti sells to enhance your hoe's stability in all terrain.
The pads are referred to as: Big Foot Pads, and are part number 293061. Any Kioti dealer can get them for you. They've been around for a long time, and are, IMHO worth every penny. Last I heard, they were around $150, though that was some time ago. Anyway, check with your dealer on cost. The kit takes about 10 minutes to install. I have them, they came with my KB-2485, and have been great!

I'm going to include a picture of what the pads look like for those who like to drool before buying.
Got to go find the pic- back soon.

Pics:302 Found This shows the actual pad with barcode and part #! YEAH!!:dance1:

Basically the second image link gives detailed description of the Big Foot Pads and uses, benefits, etc.

The part number was given to me by TBN member Amvcane, along with another possible useful application of pads sold for Kioti backhoes: a 2 piece pad which is made of laminated nylon belted rubber for use on asphalt. I do not have the part number for these, but any Kioti dealer can get them for you.

Hope Kioti hoe owners find this info useful.:dance1:

The standard pad on these Kioti hoes is never bigf enough. Michigan Iron is very handy with iron and makes all kinds of stuff. I had him make me up a set of plain flat stabilizer feet as opposed to something like a bear claw. Tkhe reason is I seem to do quite a bit of digging from black top or cement drives including nice lawns. The flat ones like mine on my CK2510 and 2465 backhoe combo don't seem to do the damage but are still very effective. They are also very reasonable in price.

Define reasonable price.
How 'bout some pics of your pads?

I made mine out of some scrap 2x3x1/4in thick angle and my stick welder. Work fine. Did need a drill and a few bolts.

This is the best thiat I can do for now. It's been a few years but it seems like I paid around $75-80 bucks for these custom made flat iron pads

I just purchased the Bigfoot pads from a dealer and the nut/bolt kit was not included. Looks like they were part of this package at some point, but may have been taken for something else. Anyway, just looking for the size of bolt and grade. Appreciate any guidance. Cheers!

Get the dealer to supply them; you already paid for them. They're a gold-ish colored bolt/nut, IIRC, and are meant to resist corrosion. Don't know the size, sorry...

When I made my own, I just used grade 5 SAE bolts that would fit the holes already there. Didn't care they weren't metric size. Dealer should supply them as Coyote mentioned. You can find gold colored zinc cromated bolts at Tractor Supply if needed.

Thank you Coyote machine and VictorW. Dealer is a couple hours away so will try local hardware store. Cheers to both!

I had the same stabilizer plates on my former tractor. I'm pretty sure any rust proofed bolt grade would be fine but you could call the company to find out. I bought mine direct and they are a US based operation. Dealer should pay and has access to UPS so let him drop ship replacements.
