Imagine my surprise, to learn the cab radio has no headphone connection! Has anyone found an easy solution to this problem?

Why would you need them anyway.
This way , if something gows wrong with your implement, mower or wathever...you'll be able to ear it !

No argument with your reasoning. Still, it would be far more pleasant than cranking the speakers up to nuclear levels. I'm sure there are plenty of operators who routinely plug into their IPODs, etc. One would hope they otherwise pay close attention to the work at hand and their equipment.

i read somewhere on here that there was an Ipod connecter somewhere in the newer Kiotis.

I just need to raise the radio to lvl 20 ? its illegal here in Canada to drive a car with earplug, I would feel really bad to drive a tractor with them and killing someone because I didnt hear a thing

your dk tractor should have an ipod connector under the side cover

not sure about headphone adapter....i know i would never use one as i have to be able to hear whats going on around me when operating

I have always used ear plugs or headset when operating tractors for the last forty years and still have a bad left ear from earlier tractor muffler and highway driving with the window open.
