Hi folks:
I have a recurrent problem with my FEL on my CK30. Over the past I had two separate instances where the loader would droop down under load. The first time it was fixed with a leaky hydraulic line from the loader to the joystick control valve. The second time it was fixed by a leaking o ring in the quick attach fitting.
The loader has been fine all summer. I lift logs and pallets of firewood to store in the shed. No problems. I did not use the tractor for 3 weeks. Last week, when moving a pallet of firewood to the house this problem showed up.
I can rollback the firewood pallet while on the ground and lift it into the air; but almost immediately the rollback starts drooping and it will not stop. If I move the joystick to the left it will not hold the load, nor will it hold the load if I increase the throttle.
I have a video demonstrating the fault, but can't seem to upload it.
I cannot see any sign of a hydraulic fluid leak. Your advice is most welcome!!
