I should mention that I know less about hydraulics then diesel engines. I'm really not clear on how I can have hydraulic transmission power and not FEl and 3 pt hitch if they are using same fluid reservoir.

Check to make sure you did not bump the rear remote lever and accidentally lock into A or B position. When this lever is lock in (power to the remote) it can disrupte the FEL function and does by-pass oil to tank before it goes to 3 PT so 3PT will not function.

The lever is in the center position but it seems to have no tension when pushed in either direction. Something is definitely not right with the draft lever it's very stiff. I have disconnected the FEL and still no change. This all started when I set the 3 pt hitch speed control to full slow, lowered the 3pt hitch lever to down position and cracked the speed control knob to let the 3 pt hitch down. It mist have blown a seal or lock up some sort of valve. I am looking at the manual and see that counter clockwise on speed control is fast clockwise is slow but what is the c lock position? and would it effect the FEL?

You're referring to the draft control and ssdoxie is referring to your A or B position lever for your rear remote(s). Start by adjusting the slow control knob to where it is not so loose and see if you regain 3PH function. Check your lever handle, NOT your draft control handle, and see if you are stuck in B or A position, or in neutral which would disengage your rear remote circuit.
Slow it down and take it one step at a time. You're all over the place, you need to regain control over the situation- slowly but surely.

Ck20 doesn't have draft control. Rear remotes are not standard either. ?Must be referring to 3PT lever.

Just spoke w/mechanic at the dealer. He thinks smoking may have been oil pulled into top end/cyl head due to clogged air filter (it was pretty dark) that finally burned off. The new issue may be the that the 3 point hitch speed adjustment knob may be stuck in the locked position since I screwed it in all the way and then lowered the deck with the lowering lever (not really a true draft lever). Apparently all the hydraulics are controlled through that point. I guess I have to run dowwn to dealer W/tractor and let them take a look. Should never have fooled with that hitch lowering speed knob.

The hitch lowering knob is righty tighty lefty loosey and just like a water hose valve...open or closed. So, just open it back up and if the 3 point doesn't work you have a different issue.

Oops, my bad:eek:
Now if Kioti would only give me one of each model tractor for 'reference purposes' I could keep the differences straight...
