Thanks for the reply. Did you have any head work done and did you find what caused the problem?I replaced it on my CK30, first time I did anything like it. Just took my time, service manual I found here was pretty accurate.
That’s the same problem I have it pressurized the cooling system and was spitting coolant out the overflow tube on the reservoir.Head gasket was damaged, don't know the cause. I caught it because it pressurized the cooling system and was spitting coolant out the overflow tube on the reservoir. I had the head machined to ensure if was flat, machine shop said it didn't take much and was otherwise good. The original head gasket was fiber looking and the replacement from the dealer was multi layer metal so I'm hoping the new design is more robust. I'm not a mechanic so might have missed some clues, but it's back together and working fine.
Hey AaronD81, can you send me a link to the manual you have?I replaced it on my CK30, first time I did anything like it. Just took my time, service manual I found here was pretty accurate.
Good news! It only took my friend 2 hours to get the head off, if was a leaking head gasket! I called a Kioti dealer and they wanted 5 large to do the job, including resurfacing and valve seals,WTF is up with that price?Head gasket was damaged, don't know the cause.
