Hi Guys,

I have a pin hole in a hard hydraulic line on my CK27. It screws into the joystick valve group. It is kioti part number T2198-90252BB. The line is Number 6 in the attached diagram. It is directly underneath the right side floor board.

I want to remove this to examine the area that is leaking. Currently only leaking under pressure, operating the FEL. I am wondering if anyone knows if I can remove this and leave it off while I get it repaired. Any idea how much fluid loss there will be? Or is this a case of don't remove until I have the new one to replace immediately.

Thanks in advance

Get one of these, cut and put it on and go. It's a flareless tube fitting.

I know this is an old thread. But I have the same problem on my ck27 hst on part 6..
My leak is right in the bend by the valve so the tube ftg. Will not work. I have a new tube to put on. But the flange end of the tube is in a really bad spot to get out. Any tricks to do this?

No help here, I had to take out tube 11, but haven't touched #6. It is indeed very awkward down there.

Good luck.

Remove the loader frame to be able to get at it and do a satisfactory job. When it's off check the power steering tube that's behind it mine had bolt missing from new I also took the front wheel off , that's all I can remember for now. Run into a problem ask and I'll try and help.

Thanks for the replies. That said, seems my dealer cant get the part i need due to covid 19 or something.
So my thoughts are to pull the tube and cut the flange off and banjo style fitting. Then get a jic adapter braised on each piece. And finally i will make up a fjic x fjic hose to put it all back together.. seems Billrog is correct. The loaddr frame needs to come off to get this accomplished.
Any thoughts before i start?

So it seems the part is on back order.. since Feb. Lol
Needless to say, i took the tube off and had it welded. Back on the tractor now. Seems to work and hold pressure fine.
Ill keep an eye on it and if it leaks again, i will report back.
