Wow, this is the first time i have seen the Kioti SCUT. I like the looks, all they need to improve is putting in a grille guard that will actually protect the grille. :ashamed:

I've been wondering if/when Kioti would come out with a SCUT. I see Mihandra has one now.

This is second hand information, so I don't know if it is true but I was told that Kioti's parent company bought out the Japanese company Shibaura which would be producing subcompacts for Kioti. If this is true, this should be a well built tractor, just ask New Holland owners.

Just got back from the WorldAGExpo myself, and got a few pix
of this new Kioti "subcompact".

I think that Kubota's BX and JD will certainly have some good
competition, depending on how it is priced.

At 1452#, it is considerably heavier than a BX, and right up there
near some smaller compacts.

I really like how it uses cast steel gearbox, axle housings, and
rear fenders, though the hood is now mostly plastic.

The engine is a 3-cyl Diesel 24.5hp unit, model #S773L. That is
not a DaeDong designation, so I don't know who makes it. That
would be a great unit for the CK20, which needs more power, IMO.

Total hyd pump flow is only 6.5GPM, which includes the PS, so Kioti
continues the tradition of not telling you what the pump flow and
pressure is. You seem to need the service manual to find that out.

Unfortunately, the person I talked to at the big Kioti exhibit knew
next to nothing about this tractor (but chose to BS me about the
details).

I would buy the cs2410 before the ck20. The backhoe doesn't stick way out, it's tight to the tractor. I like that better.:thumbsup:

You beat me to it, Derek. CK20 is 550# more tractor, which puts it
in an entirely diff category. I am glad that Kioti's new tractor uses
steel construction like the CKs.

I know how completely different they are. I don't like the way the backhoe sticks out. Maybe koiti might learn someday that the four point hitch on the hoe is the way to go. Massey, Deere, kubota, club cadet yanmar , an more all have factory hoes with four point hitches. An you have better clearance under the tractor. Just my opinion

Nice showroom Wallace. When I saw the pics in the first post I thought it looked like another I'd seen, your pics confirmed it. Certainly not the only manufacturer to re-badge for sure, but not a Kioti engineered product either.

After looking at the NewHolland brochure, it does seem to be the
same as the Boomer 1025.

I have heard that the NewHolland-Shibaura OEM deal was over.

I have been told that they, meaning Daedong purchased all the tooling from Shibaura to build these machines.
