that mounting looks similiar to the old ford compacts the rops was mounted on the fenders but had supports all the way down to the axles.

Jerry, sorry for delay in thanks for clarifying the ROPS on the Massey and AGCO ST....I was out of town a couple of days. I should have suspected that I was wrong also, since I could not believe Iseki would miss on that part of the design of a safety feature........ I am sure you are very happy with the 1250... very nice machine....

Thanks for the explanation Kioti85. I was wondering why our local roadside Kioti dealer now only has 1 of last year's Kioti's and 0 current models on the lot. That explains it all. I asked the dealer why and he said the representatives don't come by to see him. I suppose he doesn't have the bucks to invest in a 'proper' Kioti dealership.
My opinion is this: I was in the market for a tractor last summer. I looked at Kioti and kinda liked their equipment. What turned me off from making the sale was the dealer was a roadside dealer and it appeared kind of 'fly by night'! I heard his pitch, did some checking on prices and could have gotten what I wanted at a good discount. I chose however not to buy a Kioti do to the shabby image the dealer put forth. I think I would have been happy with one but it just didn't happen that way.
Glad to see Kioti mother company is enforcing stricter dealer standards. They already have a great tractor and will soon have a great image as well.

Where are you located?? I could put you in contact with the closest dealer, or you can go to <A target="_blank" HREF=http://kiotitractor.com>http://kiotitractor.com</A> and email them they will tell you where the closest (real) dealer is.
