UPDATE.......

Finally got it done and re-installed late last night. Just took a couple of pics for you. Overall, I'm sure it will provide the protection necessary. If I had it to do over again, I probably would cut the mesh a little more narrow and put a small frame around it & then attach the frame to the brush/grill guard itself...probably would look a little cleaner? I do have 1 more item to put on it but I'll wait until I get before I let the cat of the bag......enjoy.

Looks great and very practical. I have to ask. Did you fabricate the grill guard ? That took some impressive bender to do that.

Ah you still did a great job but my next question was If you had done it was let's see your bender  Thats a computerized bend. I've done bends like it but it's not easy.

Not a very good picture of it but here is the one I made for my CK20. I bought a 20' stick of 1/4 by 2" flat bar and my son and I turned it into a grill guard. Not fancy but it works well. When we are carrying corner posts and other bulky items it works great to let them ride against it to keep them from swinging.
For $20 and a couple hours I am happy with it.

found a perforated piece of s/s in the dump. enought for 2 guards. wired on works well, installation and fabrication time 3-4 minutes.
