Kioti DK40se Hydrostatic backups when in gear

So after my tractor seems to be stuck going backwards. You have to press the hydrostaic forward pedal in a little to actually get it to change gears and once you take foot off pedals it backups on it's own. I tried to adjust the pedals under the tractor but, that just moves them up and down didn't fix the issue. Anyone know how to adjust this?

The hydro petal adjustments are very specific. PM me for a PDF of the measurements. Also, it sounds like something might be binding, have you lubed everything and made sure nothing has jammed up in the length of linkage like a stick?

Yea it only has 38 hours on it so it's still under warranty. I was hoping it was a quick fix though cause the dealer is over an hour away and I don't have a trailer capable of moving it.
