Another question, do you have to manually unlock your remote lever when the cylinder bottoms out? If yours is like mine it locks into a detent. How easilly are you able to make fine adjustments with the lever

I extended my rear remote lever by about 8 inches. This makes it much more
comfortable to reach and allows finer adjustments. The short factory levers were the first thing I changed when I picked up my tractor. I have a Bobcat, I assume Kioti is the same

This may be a dumb question, and off topic, but how do you highlite a quote from another post? I feel a lot more at home on a tractor than on a computer!

use the quote button to the right of the post. not the one on the left

Or, you can highlight text-then right-click on it and then click COPY, then you can use the Wrap Quote button at the top of the text window (yellow box with dots in it) to "quote" the copied text. After you press the button, the right click to PASTE the text in between the quote brackets.

Then it will look like this

Phill, have you double checked the full travel of the side link? The bottom clevis looks like it might be a tight squeeze as the 3PT moves up and down. I would double check before you put it to work. You don't want the clevis to bind on the lower link.

I will admit I was very carefull to make sure nothing was going to get busted up with the 3PH all the way UP... but I haven't put it all the way down AND run the tilt cyl fully down.. I'm off to the garage this moment for some empirical testing....

Phill, I brought this up because I know of a guy that did similar to you and he had to grind on his clevis to get the clearance that was needed. None of us need any more problems than we already have.

You sir win a cupie doll!! I checked it out and sure enough I'm going to have to grind on the backside of the hydraulic cylinder clevis to get it to go all the way down.

I'll hit it with the grinder and post pic's here ...

and you guys stop showing off your "quote-abilities" up there...
