KIOTI DK4210 starter

Is there something that prevents a KIOTI DK4210 from starting? I can heard the started relay pick but starter doesn't turn.

The battery most likely doesn't have enough juice. If it's a new battery check the connections

I have the same problem with a DK4210 with less than 6 hours. The battery is dead and I tried jumping with a good battery. The solenoid clicks but the starter doesn't turn. If I jump 12 volts to the starter it turns but very slow. Tractor doesn't start.

Try checking to see how much voltage the starter is actually getting when you try to start. If it's not getting ten or eleven volts it may not go. If it's not getting the volts you need to backtrack to see why not.
