Kioti DK45se hst Speed

Hello I find that my tractor (Kioti DK45se hst) does not move quickly, I do about 17 km/h in high gear, what is your approximate speed?

What does your owner's manual say? My CK also has a speed sticker on the left fender showing max speeds in all 3 ranges. Tractordata.com says you should be able to do 15.6mph or 25kph so it looks like yours is slower than normal. Are you running the engine at PTO speed? How are you testing MPH? You can download phone app speedometers to compare.

My manual says 28 km/h
When I checked my speed, the rpm was at PTO speed and I used the "Speedometer" app on my phone

The parking brake is in the correct position.

The hydraulic valve for attachment is also in the center

The loader works well

I wonder if the HST oil filter could produce this kind of problem?
