Check the Loader Bracket mounting bolts and tighten to what ever your manual says (my little one is something like 110 ft/lbs). They tend to come loose, especially on a newer tractor.
That is on the list along with the greasing for sure. Thanks

I haven't been back to the property to grease yet. Probably today or this weekend. Question about the amount of grease fro the front axel. How do you know you have enough put in? With the FEL it is obvious because it oozes out around the joints.
Very little couple pumps each nipple every 20 hrs or so.

Not sure about Kioti but my Kubota's both have adjustable for free play, fron't pivots. On mine there is a hex bolt facing forward with a hex nut to secure it and you rmove the free play in the front axle by loosening the nut aned tightening the bolt and then backing it off 1/8 turn. Something I do every year after greasing the axle pivot and I grease the axle pivot every time I grease eveything else which is every 10 hours.

Don't know about yours, just my Kubota's.

Not sure why you are even on this page?
To brag about your Kubota's ?

Because most all front axle pivots are designed and built the same way. Wasn't 'bragging at all, just stating what is.

You need to get a life or take a bottle of happy pills, you need them real bad.

I've had 2 Kiotis, LK3054 and now a CK2610H. Both appear to have been mostly reversed engineered from a Kubota tractor of similar size.
I even repaired my LK3054 steering shaft leak using entirely Kubota parts.
So, 5030 has a valid point and in this case is offering good info.

My CK27 when I bought it was sitting beside a Kubota similar size on the lot both had identical identification marks on the front dif housing. I think that was in 2015. Dealer told me they used the same one at that time.

Do you find that you get any freeplay in the front axle after a year? I grease the pivots with the wheels off the ground and give everything a hard shake and it seems tight as new with the same amount of slight friction when pivoting the axle by hand that its always had?
The manual says check it every 800hrs so I'm due.

It depends on how much I'm using the machines, how much roading I do and how many round bales I'm moving and loading on customer's trailers. Last year it required no adjustment.

I still, however, loosen the jam nut and tighten the through bolt and then back it off 1/4 turn. My shop manual calls out a specific starting effort (torque) for the front axle assembly that I've never ckecked, I just use the 1/4 turn method. I suspect if it was too tight, the brease could not escape and nine does, All the fixing bolt does is bear on the inner pivot assembly, I've removed it before to see what it does and that is what it does.

I have no idea if other units use the same 'slop removal' method, but mine do. LIke I said, that may be unique to Kubota, have no clue about it actually.

Finally got over to the land and greased up the tractor. Still got clunking. I am almost certain it has to do with with cab and the tractor. Can those rubber bushings go bad or fail?
