Thanks Charley. I know that it is a big tractor, but with a 8' + blower on the back, I want to make sure I have plenty of power for any heavy/wet snows that I will be working in. Plus, I want to have the higher travel speed that the larger tractors have.
Where in Maine are you moving? I will be checking out Waterman's. They are about 45 minutes away. I also have a JD dealer that is about 30 minutes away, Hall Implement co. in Windham.
Yeah, I figured the block heater would be necessary. If I have my choice, and the money works, I really like the NH T6000. Very nice tractors, very comfortable for those 20+hr storms and well established.
I will be pulling close to 100 drives, so I need powerful and reliable both the machine and the dealer.
I am going to be working in Lewiston. I am trying to find a farm within 40 minutes drive and not having a whole lot of luck ( well, there is this place that needs complete restoration that i love...).
I need space for draft horses, hay, vegetables and wood. I was hoping for 40+ acres. Still a big downsize from the 102ac. we have here.
