Kioti fuel rail

Can anyone explain what might go wrong with a fuel rail? I have a 2025 Kioti CK3520 90 hours, that after running 45 minutes or so, stumbles, losses power, goes into what I call limp mode and CEL comes on. If I let it sit 10 minutes +/- it starts and runs fine enough to get back to barn. It's at the dealer, first they checked codes, fuel rail and ECM. They couldn't duplicate, so they changed fuel filter, treated fuel, told me it had water. Possible I guess. I used for 45 minutes, same thing. Dealer said same codes, but in order to replace ECM, they have to scan while it's malfunctioning, and they can't duplicate. So they are replacing the fuel rail. I'm hoping for some help here so I can have a semi intelligent conversation with them about the repair. Thanks.

I would suspect a fault in the Regen system which can trigger the limp mode . Did they force a Regen when they had it?

What codes was it throwing and what were you doing for the ~45 minutes?

My CK3510 would do that when I was bush hogging hard. Turned out I had slime in the fuel water separator. It would only do it when running hard.

Yes they did. It wasn't required as it was 41%??? but they did anyway and suggested I do one a month as PM. More if I used more, which I don't. Most work done at 1800 - 2000 rpm. They did say they looked at the regen system before performing a regen.

just clearing snow, level land, moving snow piles back. It was worked, but I wouldn't consider working hard. IIRC, 17 + 31. There may have been a third, they didn't inform me the second time it happened, which was 45 minutes after they dropped off. I haven't looked at the fuel rail, as it's not here, but my older tractor was just an injection pump and injectors. Maybe there are sensors on it now?

My codes were something else. But thinking its possible they aren't the same between models anyway.

So got the call, they replaced fuel rail and after 4 hours of working it, they think it's fixed. Fuel rail is same concept as my old NH, except it has a sensor, which came with new rail. They think it may have been clogged. I guess it's possible, time will tell.
