Loader kioti kl130 weak

i just bought my first new tractor ck27 it has the kl130 quick attach bucket also , im noticing its very weak when i push into a pile of 57wash stone as far as lifting and rolling back i have to back out a bit which is pethetic, after using a ford 1720 25hp with a bushhog loader which didnt even grunt as doing the same task, is there anything that can be done? i love the tractor except for this and if i had known this i would have probaly not of bought it really disapointing , it also does the same with dirt

It's hard to duplicate your same situation or know what is happening but my CK30hst with KL130 does sound stronger than yours. Maybe the pressure relief valve is set light. Mine will pick up an overflowing load of sand or gravel with no problem. Maybe have the dealer check the valve and pressure setting. There have been times that mine wouldn't lift, buried the bucket to far in the pile, but it will almost always curl out of it.

kool yep mines weak , you pull the lever and nothing either way. ill have to make that long drive i guess

Mine got better after several hours on the tractor. Also, can be weak when cold or at low RPMs. Move the loader a lot without a load to warm up the fluids. Just idling the tractor doesn't do it.

You can probably check and adjust the relief valve yourself, if mechanically inclined to do so. Dealer might be able to walk you through it.

Do you have the new quick tach bucket?
The volume is much greater on the new buckets.
First things first check what your pressure is at. Remove one of your loader quick couplers plug the gauge in and dead head the pressure and get a reading.
