Kioti LK3052 value Q

I've got a 2002 LK3052 w/280hrs that I want to sell to my neighbor when/if/a kitchen pass arrives to buy a new CK30 Hydrostat w/front loader. Neighbor is good guy and deserves a fair price (I'm gonna have to live next door for a long time). This tractor has always been out of the wx and oil changed before it was necessary. Mainly bushhog about 25 of my 60 acres, drag the gravel road to the house, etc. This is not a commercial thing at all. Retired to the woods. Anyone vinture a guess as to a fair range of price? I know the dealer really don't want a used two wheel drive tractor to peddle and the neighbors old ford is dead.

I'm no expert on pricing used tractors and I cannot find any 3052s sold recently on ebay for reference. There is a 3054 with similar hours on ebay now with a buy it now price of $7500 for reference. Original list on the 3052was about $11,000 without loader. It is four years old and has less than 300hrs and is not currently a "hot" model: How about $6000? It would obviously be worth more with loader and 4wd but on the other hand, what 4yo diesel 30hp tractor are you going to be able to buy any cheaper (except Chinese or rebuilt grey market)?

Thanks, I just bought a new CK30 w/loader and my old tractor (3052) sold the same day for 7k. Kinda accident of good luck, I'd say. As of now, everybodys happy.
