Kioti LK3054 hydraulic pump rebuild

Already posted this in another forum and couldn't delete it but I figured I'd get better response here. Anyone know how to delete a post?

I've got a 1998 LK3054 that the fel was slow this morning, so i took the pump apart and it looks fine even though aluminum housing but there's a rubber seal inside that's broken. According to my local dealer there are no parts available for the pump, so they want me to replace the pump for a $5 piece of rubber. Does anyone know where i can get parts for the pump?

when I purchased my '04 3054xs it was equipped with an aluminum pump and the hydraulics were ridiculously weak and slow. Dealer replaced the pump with a cast iron bodied pump under warranty; different tractor. My parts manual shows no internal pump parts available

Patches do you have the make, model, etc on the replacement pump. I still have aluminum pump, 350 hours and no problems but only a matter of time.
Original poster, I'd pull the seal out and see if you can match up to something. Get measurements from it if you can. Is it an o-ring?

I don't right off the top of my head, but I'll have a look around, see if I can scare something up

It's a goofy looking thing as shown below. Pump is made by Nihon Spindle and i think it's a RG2 series... found the following seals which i think will fit from Whitehouse Products LLC in the UK. I'll let you know if these are the correct seals.
