Kioti LK3054 mystery part in valve cover

It is definitely part #10 as Ritcheyvs pointed out. I just recently tore down my engine for rings, head gasket, etc. It is used only under the #1 cylinder rocker arm " stantion " which fits into an oil supply port, I assume this is an orifice setup for rocker oil supply. Don't have a clue how it got out though!

I thought that was what it was for. I just haven't seen a metering jet in one before.

It was the screw holder mentioned above. Thanks everyone for the help.
