Kioti CK 20 HST
I was dully impressed with the construction, value, price, features of the Kioti CK20 HDS that I eventually purchased.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Trying to get the correct repair parts has become a nightmare. Three times I have ordered parts through my local dealer - three times they (Kioti out of North Carolina has sent the wrong stuff!! If I had known they have no idea what parts go where on their tractors - I would have paid a little more and gone with Kubota or some one else.

I don't know what to tell you. Sounds more like a dealer issue.
I have owned my Kioti DK for 13 years and have yet to get the wrong part.

My experience with Kioti comes from about 20 years ago when all you really needed to do to become a dealer was to buy two tractors. They weren't asking a lot of questions, they were just trying to get their product seen. Their dealer support at the time was terrible. I befriended a guy who did just this. I watched him struggle even getting the dealer start-up package.

With that said, all dealers are not created equal. Some have no business selling tractors, and others hire those that have no skill or ambition to help customers solve their problems, and it takes a little while to weed them out.

This is why most of us that have been around, recommend shopping dealers over brand.

Your case could just be one of those weird flukes that come up even with a top tier brand.

I'm the parts manager at a New Holland and Kioti dealership, and we deal with a bunch of short line manufacturers and aftermarket parts suppliers. Kioti is no better or worse than any other supplier in regards to correct order fill; 99.5% of the time they ship the parts that are ordered. There are instances when it takes a fair amount of effort to determine what part is correct, and Kioti's Parts support staff for the most part is very helpful IF a dealer's parts staff takes time to get help when needed.

Maybe it was your dealer ordering the wrong parts and not Kioti. Be careful of where you are throwing the blame.

+1 for Rick B's comments. I recently had a front u-joint replaced on my 21 y/o Kubota B2150 at a MD dealership. Their service dept is unequaled, IMO, for talent and reliability, and I've known the service manager for all 21 years. The wrong part came in, so had to be reordered. Don't know where the hiccup occurred, but it can happen with the well-established brands and best dealers. :)
