Kubota BX1800 Kioti CK2510H
I have sent Kioti 3 e-mails since I bought my CK2510H back in November,no response! Anyone else have this happen?
They are going to have to do better than this to be a top player in the tractor market!

You can't speak by phone to anyone either. Just some women who doesn't really know anything about tractors.

Very sad indeed.I agree,if Kioti wants to be a MAJOR player in the tractor market they need to respond to there customers in a timely manner.Hopefully some Kioti public relations folks read these forums and get a clue.

Don't hold your breath! They/Kioti has your money and nowhere in the sales contract does it say anything about responding to e-mails or any other form of communication.;)

Kioti US seems to want to route all customer contact through dealers. There is some merit to this. But their stonewall posture (to customers) would have put them out of business long ago if they didn't have motivated Koreans supplying them great tractors. But the above posters are correct; Kioti US will never make the big leagues with this approach. If you really need their attention, get a lawyer. I have to wonder why Daedong hasn't recruited to a more effective distributor.

Did you try the website tech question app? It takes a lot because they want serial numbers etc, but I did get response. I also called them and got thru (this was back in April/May). I even e-mailed the Prez and that got a phone call back from Customer Service real quick.

I dealt with Melissa and she wasn't technically knowledgeable but she would get me the answer. This is her e-mail address. You can tell her I gave it to you and how helpful she was to me

Several years ago when our dealer was not anxious to pay for the damage they caused I contacted Kioti using their website link:

Comments or Concerns | Kioti Tractors

A Kioti rep contacted me almost immediately, and gave some rather strong instructions to their dealer. Kioti stayed with me until the issues were resolved.

On another occasion when our dealer was unable to source the correct parts (after several months). I used the same form, and again Kioti came through for me.

I agree with Ritcheyvs, it seems that Kioti would prefer not to get between their dealers and their customers, but in my case they did. Twice. I thought Kioti and Kioti reps were fantastic.

Yep. At first they stonewalled me. Referred me back to the original (incompetent) dealer. The area Rep was more interested in supporting his dealer than making me happy. I sent copies of all my problems and correspondence to the CEO and his assistant. The whole mess made me regret going with Kioti to save $1,400 over Kubota.

Kioti needs to put the customer first.

Glad to hear issues with brands are coming to light. Kioti has not been on my list of equipment. I am a Kubota and John Deere owner.
JD is pretty new and no issues. Kubota is an 03 BX. Any questions or problems have been dealt with by the dealer quickly and completely.
Always there to answer questions and not just "bring it in and we will figure it out" I do my own work and they support that without trying to push a lot of unnecessary parts or services.
JD dealer also very helpful when I have questions.

Most importantly they have the parts on-hand. rarely did I have to have something order in but when it was it was only a couple days.
Good news, Kubota is building a parts warehouse/distribution center here in the metro. Great support effort on Kubota's part.

I think the OP and replys are talking about direct customer communications at the Kioti corporate or distributor level, not the dealer. I agree that the dealer should be the first point of contact for customer questions and support. Both my Kubota and Kioti dealers have been first-rate on this. But it is nice to at least have a responsive communication channel to the manufacturer or distributor as well.

I own Kioti, john deere and Kubota products.I think dealing with a competent dealer who supports its customers is first on my list verses brands.I can tell you my local Kioti dealer is heads above my JD dealer as far as parts and service.

I wouldn't trade my DK45 Kioti for a Kubota or a J Deere. Just to be clear people love what they have and tend to think it is the best.
Two weeks after I bought my machine the dealer went out of business and I felt sorry for him not me. When I needed the filters for 50 hr service I called another dealer and they took me in like that. They actually had bushings I needed to replace in a used, hadn't seen much grease, backhoe and where excellent. Kiot!

When I called Kioti they talked to me.

My suggestions for improvement have been passed up insofar as I know as well.

I wish they'd 1099 me to develop accessories for their entire line-up, but that is a different discussion.

My experience sadly, is that once a dealer gets your $$$, they just don't give a hoot anymore. I wish I could say different, I'd like to rave about my tractor dealer but I can't. I wish Kioti would work on this, Kobuta has a good support system. Kioti in my opinion has a better machine for the money.

I was told by my dealer that I'm their number one post-sale customer insofar as buying parts. Pre-sale the owner of the dealer explained that tractors owners don't really come in all too much because tractors don't break like other kinds of equipment.

My local dealer (who I believe is the one Chuck is displeased with) isn't very personable. I'm not surprised he wouldn't consider a trade-in. BUT his head of parts and service is a good guy and he's happy to see me. He was in charge of fixing what the selling dealer screwed up and he treated me well. That would make me likly as not consider them if I needed a new chain saw or such.
