Don't feel bad, it has happened to me too!

The knob on my kioti is way to easy to turn so if I have the hoe on for a few weeks it will almost always vibrate to the closed position, and then I go through the what the **** stage when I try to put the mower on and the arms don't come down right off.

OP, welcome to the forum! You don't say what model Kioti you have. If yours has a draft control lever alongside the 3pt lift control lever, be sure you haven't inadvertently pulled it back. That, too, can cause the 3pt not to descend.

Since the OP was a 1 and done, we will NEVER know if that was the problem.. (I assume it was, as it often is)
