Kioti transfer of warranty

Does anyone know if Kioti charges a fee to transfer the warranty on a tractor sold that is still under warranty. If they do, how much do they charge?

No fee. Must be done by a dealer though.

Does used tractor have to be bought from dealer to transfer or can I buy directly from original owner and then request dealer to transfer warranty.

I would also ask for proof the tractor has been paid off....
