Exactly! A warranty is a contract between the buyer and the manufacturer. If the warranty says parts and labor are covered, then they are covered. That is if it's a covered part. If they picked the tractor up or maybe had to add some hydraulic fluid, that could be charged to the buyer.
In this case, the problem isn't between headachers and the dealer or Kioti. It's between Kioti and the dealer.
