kioti warranty

The warranty is the warranty, and the customer should not have to pay when parts and labor are included in said warranty, period.

Exactly! A warranty is a contract between the buyer and the manufacturer. If the warranty says parts and labor are covered, then they are covered. That is if it's a covered part. If they picked the tractor up or maybe had to add some hydraulic fluid, that could be charged to the buyer.

In this case, the problem isn't between headachers and the dealer or Kioti. It's between Kioti and the dealer.

I will probably go ahead & pay reason being I need dealer support, dealer is a small operation & kioti is his secondary line only 2or 3 kioti's on lot,I will travel to visit other kioti dealers within 100 miles . If the dealer had sold me the tractor , possibly would not have been a extra chg, just assuming this . when I purchased the tractor the dealer had three stores ,very nice buildings , sold equip. atv's kioti's thought i was safe going with a large dealer ,8 mo. later all was gone . I still like my kioti seems like kioti is on the right track. I feel corprate should have stepped up on this one, my opinion , or a least tried to work with dealer & myself to everyones satifaction . countless time's I have stopped work because of someone was watching me work ,actually they were checking out the tractor ,most are impressed ,just haven't heard of kioti, then the 20 questions begin . One of the top three questions almost every time is " what kind of warranty is there" , for now i will just chalk up the $75. & go on. Thanks again for all your'e comments . jim P.S. What is acceptable leak off , before repair it would drop 4' in about a hour & stablizers would flatten out , now it is about 4' drop in 5 hrs. jim

I wasn't looking for an apology, but thank you.
Sometimes it's difficult to understand exactly how someone is saying what they are typing. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

This could (probably should) be in another discussion, but one final note from me.

Here in Maine, in just the past 6 months we've lost 2 Kioti dealers.
One "young" (been here about a year, maybe a little longer). And one "older" (not sure how long he was here, but longer than us).

The "young" dealer took Kioti for at least 3, but possibly up to 6 months worth of sold inventory. (sold, but never paid Kioti). /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

The "older" dealer was in Poland Springs, and I'm sure some of you remember those posts of him. Here's one.

Well, there was another post that was really good, but danged if I can find it.

You just never know.

When they ask "what kind of dealer support is there", in your case I suppose you'll have to answer "screwed"?????

headachers,

I agree, hard to see anyway for Kioti to knowing avoid responsibility for the warranty. In your previous post you mentioned planning to contact Kioti. Have you spoken with them, and if so what was the out come? If not how can you expect Kioti to resolve the problem if they don't know you have been billed for a warranty repair?

The dealer is adding the "up charge" not Kioti.

This dealer is causing Kioti alot of unwarranted "bad press"!

I'm positive that of the dealers that frequent this board would not charge that $75.

I will say that I WAS 100% sure that a new CK30hst would be in my garage by the end of the month, but now I will step back and take another at the other brands. For some one like me who does not make a lot of money if i spend 20k on anything new with a waranty it needs to be covered 100% no exceptions, no fine print , no loop holes. From a buyers point of view I do not want to worry getting a bill for waranty work that was covered in the price of the tractor. I do not care if it is the dealers or kiotis problem I just know it should not be mine.
I have been looking at tractors for almost a year now and had made up my mind or so I thought. Everytime I would mention to someone about buying a kioti all I would ever hear is ( I would stay with one of the big 3) but I would always defend and educate to the best of my ability about the value of the kioti. Maybe I was wrong? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
If I do go with a different brand, kioti will have lost way more than 75$.

See this is why threads like this can cause us (Kioti dealers) much anger. The WHOLE problem here folks is not Kioti itself, it is the DEALER!

indebt if you think the CK30 is the tractor for you, ESPECIALLY after over a year of looking I surely would hope that some thread like this, because of one bad Kioti dealer would run you away from the tractor that all of your research has lead you to.

If your Kioti dealer is a good dealer then you have nothing to worry about...period. I know some of you find it hard to believe it is not Kioti's problem, but you all just have to believe the us that are standing on the other side of the fence.

It as been proven time and time again regardless of the brand, choose your Dealer wisely, he is the one that will take care of you in the future, if I wouldn't have had a good dealer, I wouldn't have purchase Kioti...cag
