kioti warranty

I need to jump in here, Although I am a little embarassed to do so. I bought my CK30 HST FEL&BH in August 2005. I had about 50hrs when a cylinder on the BH cracked. The dealer agreed to fix it under warranty. While I was there I asked if they would do the lube oil and filter for the fifty hour service. They said they would be glad to. When after a week they finally had it done (though they suposedly had all the parts there when I brought it in) I went to retrieve my baby. At that time I was presented with a jaw dropping $615.00 bill for the OL&F.
I stupidly didn't ask in advance what the price would be though I expected it to be a few hundred, well the door was wide open and I was had. Needless to say I will never do business with that dealer again. I don't think they were in it for the long haul anyway, so my displeasure was of no concern to them. signed: Sucker /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Good one Redrocker. Or there are many other pretty colors to look at also. The other orange, or blue, red, etc... KIOTI orange suits me just fine. I really like the tractor too!

I like to think of Kioti colors as orange AND black. Love the business like black loader bucket. And, besides, it wouldn't be a Kioti if there were not some soot stains on the FEL arms /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif.

I'm sure everyone has heard the old addage " there's one in every crowd" Bad Apple... but the truth is that no matter what brand or what industry you go do business in, you are going to find the GOOD and the BAD. The unfortunate part of this is that BAD spreads like wild fire. We are used to hearing how GOOD the dealers for KIOTI are treating their customers, and I for one will attest by experience that KIOTI BEND OVER BACKWARDS to help customers who are even out of warranty in some instances. They are strict with the letter of their warranty, they have to be. I know first hand that they will work with a dealer to keep customers happy when they have absolutely no obligation to do so.
I am sure this is true with all the major brands.
Look at how this thread has flourished in 1 week, over 1 complaint. This has happened because KIOTI has such a GOOD REPUTATION, This is unheard of on this site.
PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP ON BUYING A KIOTI OVER THIS MIS-UNDERSTANDING.
Heck, If I thought this would resolve the problem, I would pay the $75 myself.
KIOTI wants the best for it's customers, whether it is tractors, customer service or dealer support.
