Wow, I posted those links 4 months ago. I'm surprised that KIOTI still have them up. There is some confidential information there. A compagny like KIOTI should be more careful about their online presence. It's good for us though

Without the confidential info I almost wonder if that is intentional. How many people might be swayed to kioti by availability of tech info?
By the way - I have looked at almost everything. Never found an online version of anything loader related. Anyone have a pdf of a 4030 loader manual?

Yeah, had the same problem finding the loader and backhoe manuals for my tractor. Someone here sent me the manual for the loader and backhoe. All I could find online are scams like

They're everywhere, for any products and under many website names. It's a real nuisance.

Wow what an awesome resource. If you go up in the folder structure the first two letters denote the type of manual. OM = Owners Manual, PM = Parts Manual, WM = Workshop manual. Then just drill down into your model.

Newer models, just need to go up another couple of folders to "MANUALNEW" then pick the manual time from the above.

Again ... nice one folks. Got the parts manual and workshop manual for my CS2610. Happy days

Well it's good some of you chaps have been able to obtain a pdf of the manual you need. I am afraid after searching all the links in the website I have been unable to find a pdf of the manual for the CK4030 HST which I took delivery of on 3 Sept. However since this is a completely new model perhaps it's understandable. I would be grateful if anyone comes across a manual. Although the tractor came with two printed manuals one in French and the other in English it'd be really handy to be able to refer to a pdf on the iPhone if out in the fields as I could with my old CK2810 HST.

This should be it. This is an European model and looks like it's a very new series.

Keep in mind that it will take forever to load the files since they are huge, specially the workshop manual. It should cover the models from the CK2630 to the CK5030.

Well! ptsg you are a genius. The operater's manual is almost perfect and as near as makes no difference. The only thing I've noticed on a quick look so far is that the HST model shown has a clutch and that has now been removed on the new model I've got. You just select one of the three ranges or neutral and sometimes, maybe because it's so new (21 hrs as at today) you have to blip either forward/reverse pedals to get the range selected. All the switches shown seem identical and the specs and measurements.
But it gives me what I needed and thank you very much indeed

Just to be clear, the CK XX30 series is an European model and the manuals are the ones for your tractor, so everything should match right up.

Yes, the ranges are all a bit tight when the tractor is new. No matter what brand it is. With time and use, it will loosen up. The operator will also learn all the new quirks about the tractor, which makes it easier over time.

The reason they used to put a clutch on the HST tractor, was for the PTO. That clutch controlled the PTO and wasn't really necessary to change ranges as the tractor needs to be stopped either way. Now, they changed over to a wet clutch for the PTO, which allows you to turn the PTO with a flick of a switch.

Let me know if you have troubles downloading the Workshop manual. It gave me an error twice when I was downloading it to make sure it was the right manual. At the third and successful attempt, I just saved it on my computer, so I can upload it to Dropbox or something similar in case you've trouble downloading it. It's a 300 MB file.

Thank you again for your help. Now I have had time to look properly at the Operator Manual I can see that it is exactly the same as the printed version. The clutch I saw was for the manual version. The Workshop manual is also perfect though as you say it's very large at 300mb. However after my pdf program optimised the document it slimmed down to about 132mb which is fine for Evernote which I use for all document storage and access.
Next job is to install KensBoltOnHooks removed from the old CK2810 onto the bucket of the new one though they will have to go on the back of the bucket since the top is too narrow but that is no real problem and I think they will work fine with the bucket rolled under.

The NX manual was apparently leaked by somebody with access to the printer's proof file. Every page has the binding alignment marks as well as the spot color proofs. The PDFs I've seen before are the dealer version.
