Same situation here. I got the scoop as a temporary step until I get enough courage and money to get a loader!

Hi:
I'm the guy who is swapping my 24" scoop for Bob's 30" scoop. I have a 4310 with the 430 loader, but I have a big pile of dirt to carry several hundred feet with the tractor, and will be able to carry on both the front and the back. I'll use the scoop facing rearward, so tire clearance won't be a problem.

Good Idea! Maybe I'll keep mine after all! I have been moving dirt, too.
