KK 48" box blade

I was all set to go pick up a clearance KK XB 48 (still $500). But I went and measured the spacing on the 3 pt hitch and they are ~20" apart! Why in the world would they do that? I am not going to take off my quick hitch every time I use the box scraper.

I don't particularly want to buy a brand new scraper, and then have to get out the cutting torch. KK site has no info/schematics on this part. Has anyone come up with a clean way of making this fit a standard quick hitch spacing of ~27"

They are already pointed outward on the KK. The tips of the pins are ~27", which is the inside distance on my quick hitch.

Forget the whole thing...

I found a Woods for the same price that fits nicely. A 48"Woods BSE.

There is something to be said for ASAE QUICK-HITCH COMPATIBLE.
