I think KK has changed their design on that toplink flexer (they call it a swivel kit). On page 10, item G, you can see that they have added a lip to the bottom/front edge of the swivel so it will not rotate all the way down. I saw one of their reps at a TSC shortly after buying my cutter and I gave him holy heck about their design. It looks like he may have listened to me. I think Alanray's cutter doesn't have that lip either and that's probably why it will rotate forward and down like you see in his picture. One thing for sure. In that position, the swivel does not work as it should.
EDIT: You are right! I went back and looked at his picture and he has the lip, but it is in the wrong position. I stand corrected!
