KL 130 60" bucket inside measurement

I just took the measurement and called them using their phone number on the website. I got it shipped to WA for less than 200$ but I am not shocked that prices have kcrept up over the months. I would gladly report that the toothbar is worth the 250-300$ I just last weekend popped out a smallish alder stump cleanly and efficiently BECAUSE of the toothbar. With just a bucket I would have had a huge hole in the earth.

Hey Sodamo, russell at RPL is good. I have no complaints. Got my quote today, fast reply.. 231 for the bar and 148.72 for the shipping. I sent a reply asking for a usps quote. I may have to resort to shipping to my brother and have him ship it usps for me. Had to do that a few time so far..
this paradise tax gets me every now an then..

"Paradise tax" huh? I like that. Online purchases aren't always the bargins you think. Many times the inflated shipping costs make the purchase more than a local, retail price plus sales tax. My wife's business is both brick 'n mortar and internet so I know what it really costs to send/receive things, I refuse to pay over-inflated "shipping and handling" charges. BTW she ships to "paradise" all the time for the same set rate as anywhere, only charges more for foriegn sales because the actual rates do significantly change there.

300+ shipping is way more than the markham and there is no real way to improve upon the markham mousetrap.

I measured exactly 60 on the inside when I called in my order. I used a couple of washers since the slop that they intentionally build in would make the mount ears bend out under the bolt load if I didn't use the washers.

Yikes!! If so, ol' Mr. Markham is cashing in on his momentum. Time to search for a competitor, further, I would tell him that his price increase (200%) was not subtle enough. Still though if his price is equal to the competition I will vouch for his product being of high quality.

WOW! Sticker shock!!! I agree with high beam, good product but the price is going up fast. Lots of options in that range.

Check out Ebay for other toothbars. There is a guy here in Massachusetts who lists them on Ebay and a number of TBNers have been happy with his product.

I think the guy in Mass. on ebay has an ebay store under "UNITED STEEL WORKS" most of their toothbars are around $270 with shipping to California for about $80. Not too bad but those shipping rates seem to be a little on the high side. I live in Ma. and they want $54 to ship it to me so maybe $80 to Cali isn't that bad but it is around $180 to Maui. I need to save up to get one and a box grader and a brush hog and the list goes on.

DIRTCUTTTER; don't know where about you are Northern Cali but at that price you may want to just get the Gearmore toothbar from your local dealer, I paid $370.00 total out the door for mine for my CK30, no driling or welding

I am here to admit that I am indeed a dumba-double-s. I found the original invoice from Markham and that toothbar cost me 270$ total shipped to WA. I apologize to Mr. Markham if I steered business away, his prices have not increased substantially in the past year.
