I can't really say that it was operator error.
Since he's never taken the loader off, it wasn't really his fault.
The problem was one of the quick couplers on the loader wasn't completely coupled.
Once the couplers were completely connected he could carry on with his Kioti chores.

Yeah, I am a little concerned that this coupler just came off like that. These things shouldn't just pop off, but at least now I know what to look for if it happens again.

If I had a guess, I'd say that it was probably never completely seated from the begining. Unless there is enough play in the coupling to allow the fitting to become unseated. Anyhow if it does it again you know what to look for and secondly you can replace both ends as they are probably defective somehow or other. Oh yeah, glad to hear your back in business. I've actually had a coupler come disconnected while working in the woods. It's amazing how many pins, and that quick disconnect that have been robbed from tractor while working. The limb has to get just right to do one of the QDs, but it's possible!
