As of about a week ago, he said the parts have still not come in. Given the pictures in this tread, it appears there are several loaders that do have the parts. I am wondering if there are others that are experiencing the delay that I am.

I would imagine that the reason the parts were not in, was that they had not ordered them yet.

My reinforcement was put on last week, It looks a little bulky at first, but it grows on you.

Isn't there a deadline to get the kit installed or Kioti won't cover the cost to install (I know Kioti won't pay for transport of the machine to the dealer, but the parts and labor cost for the dealer to install) etc.?

I remember the original KL-120 loader letter was very aggressive (April 2007 or something and it was already february or march) and it was delayed due to a delay back to Korea. Then early summer I got my letter and my dealer quickly did a bunch of installs for everyone.

September is coming to mind for the "official" loader letter... but I can't remember and don't have my loader letter handy.

If there is a deadline to get the kit installed, you should tell your dealer to consider it if he's waiting for enough people to request the kit to make a blanket order for the kits. You don't want to be stuck paying for parts / labor for an item that should be covered by Kioti.

Thanks for the replies. Your thinking is much the same as mine on this. I will bug him about it again soon.

This loader issue has soured me on Kioti. My cracks extend beyond the inspection plate and the dealer that I purchased my CK20 from has gone out of business. (Outdoor Power Store, Greenfield IN).

I would be happy to pay shipping cahrges to have the parts delivered to me so I could install them myself but I am told that I need to take my tractor over 100 miles to get it fixed.

No thanks.
I will leave it the way it is, or maybe come up with a fix on my own. I will certainly remember this when it is time to buy another tractor.

Corporate Kioti continues to be really dumb in their handling of this issue. You shouldn't need to take your tractor to a dealer when it is so inconvenient and expensive to do so especially since all they will do is bolt on a kit.

You might inquire of some of the TBN active dealers to see if they will send you a kit. I had several offer to do that for me with my CK20. All they needed was the loader serial number and all they were asking was that I not publicize they had sent me the kit. In fact I never took them up on the offer simply because I ended up trading the tractor in to a Kioti dealer before I got around to installing a repair kit.
