Loader KL401 loader tilt cylinder specs

I bent the rods on the tilt cylinders and need to get them repaired or replaced. The Kioti parts/cylinders are expensive, but I can't imagine the they are that unique and could not be replaced by some aftermarket options.

Anyone know the specs on the tilt cylinders for the KL 401 loader on a 2014 DK40SE HST? Dimensions etc.

I would look at mine but the tractor is currently 300 miles away and I am looking for alternatives.

Based on similar posts I have seen, no other good options available. Most went with new rods and seals to fix them.
Let me guess back dragging with them all the way extended?

If you are replacing both cylinders, it is far less complicated. Find a cylinder with the same rod in rod out lengths, same pin hole size, similar fitting location, similar diameters and away you go.

If i can get back to the shop in a reasonable time, Ill take some measurements for you.

I am not sure if back dragging was the cause as I was pushing tons of snow with the bucket and the tilt cylinders almost fully extended. Possibly a big mistake?

I also run a grapple and move large logs and boulders all the time so it is possible this was a cumulative problem. My dealer wants about $1300 for 2 new cylinders but I am hoping that I can find a cheaper solution. Either repair at a local Hydraulic shop or replace with an aftermarket cylinder.

I will probably head up to my cabin this weekend where my tractor is, and pull the cylinders and bring them home with me. I just wish I knew exactly when and where I bent them so I don't do something stupid again.
