The rims were mounted wrong side out. It took 5 minutes to switch the front wheels. Hunting for stumps is a lot more fun now.
The tire size is ok, the camera angle gave the illusion of oversized tires.
Thanks for the tip. I looked for steering stops, but was not able to see them. It was a good idea, but thankfully, Rick identified the problem. The dealer mounted the rims on backwards.

I called the dealer and let him know that we didn't grind the loader frame. Instead we followed the advise of another dealer and put the valve side out, and let him know that we expect new tires. I hope to visit the dealer next week. I'll let you know the outcome.
By the way, my wife took pictures of the tractor when it was loaded on the truck at the dealer, and again just after it came off the truck at the destination. Most, if not all the tire damage was done prior to delivery!
