Well it would if I washed it. :laughing: No scratches. No dings. Nor rust. It does have some black stuff the back of the cab and gate that is always in the shade. Might be mold. :laughing:

We have a 2001 Toyota Highlander that would still look showroom new if it was just driven around town but because of the country gighway driving it has rock chips and a few that have rusted. that reminds me i need to fix those. And i dont wash it every week. I need to wax it that reminds me.

There are all those places that offer detailing services, such as waxing...I am reminding you!! :laughing:

We just had a visit from Irene. Funny thing, we got very little rain from Irene. A front passing a few days later dropped more rain than the Hurricane.

A coworker was giving me grief this morning about the black stuff on the back of my truck. :laughing: I think it adds character to the truck.

But those guys to wax it want upward of $80-100 to wash and wax and detail. I will stick to the $25 wash interior detail and save the extra $75 and wax myself! I dont mind waxing it for some reason?

I got the black too on my ranger. But its a 1990 and the Hood and roof paint is rough and coming off so i dont really wash it anymore due to this? But i think that is dirt and other grime that builds up. Mine is on the side and back of cab and on the bed rails beside the toolbox?

I found the black and green came off our 2001 Sequoria really nice with the power washer :laughing:

Back when we lived in Atlanta there was one of those car wash places where a gang of folks descended on the car once it came out of the washer about 10 minutes away. No way could I do the same job in same time. Taking the vehicles there a couple times a year was almost a treat.

My little Jetta TDI has a few dings in the passenger side from driving behind a bushhog as it was just engaged over a rock drive....Gave the guy a break and told him $350 would make me happy even though it would cost $800+ to fix and he still had the nerve to call me an ***.
